On April 2, Handan Vocational and Technical College, in conjunction with the Yongnian District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Fastener Industry Development Service Center, successfully held a special job fair for the 2025 graduates in the fastener industry in Yongnian Industrial Park. The event aims to respond to the national call for employment promotion in spring, to provide high-quality technical and skilled talents for the fastener industry, and to meet the employment needs of enterprises.
The job fair attracted more than 20 fastener companies to participate, providing more than 350 positions covering production, research and development, quality control and other fields. On the day of the event, more than 280 graduates reached preliminary employment intentions with the company. The company representatives highly praised the professional ability of the graduates trained by the college, and conducted in-depth discussions on customized talent training and technical demand matching.
It is reported that Handan Vocational and Technical College, relying on the digital industry-education consortium of the entire chain of the fastener industry, continues to promote school-enterprise cooperation and provide talent support for regional economic development.
