International oil prices fell slightly on the 20th.
As of the close of trading on that day, the price of the light crude oil for December delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange dropped by 30 cents, closing at $59.14 per barrel, a decline of 0.5%; the price of the Brent crude oil for January delivery on the London Mercantile Exchange fell by 13 cents, closing at $63.38 per barrel, a decline of 0.2%.
