“Belt and Road” Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Exhibition Enters the Philippines
The “Belt and Road” Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Style Promotion Event, hosted by the World Federation of Acupuncture Societies and hosted by the Philippine Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, was held on June 30 in Manila, Philippines.
Zheng Qiming, vice chairman of the World Federation of Acupuncture Societies and president of the Philippine Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, said in his speech that acupuncture, a traditional Chinese medicine, is a treasure of the Chinese nation and has a history of thousands of years. In recent years, acupuncture's global influence and recognition have continued to increase, and it will make more and greater contributions to the health of people around the world in the future.
Yang Jinsheng, Secretary-General of the World Federation of Acupuncture Societies, said in his speech that the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies will further strengthen cooperation with the Philippine Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture to enable traditional Chinese medicine to better serve the local people in the Philippines.
Xiong Sheng, Education Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines, attended and delivered a speech. He expressed his belief that this event will promote cooperation and exchanges in the medical and health fields between the two countries, promote the spread and development of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and contribute to improving people's health and well-being and building a human health community.
