The Yemeni government has appointed a new prime minister.
According to a report by the Sabaa News Agency under the control of the Yemeni government on the 15th, the prime minister of the internationally recognized Yemeni government, Salim bin Breek, submitted his resignation that night. Subsequently, the chairman of the Yemeni President's Leadership Committee issued a decree appointing Sha'ya Muhsin Zidan as the prime minister and instructing him to form a government.
The report states that after a meeting of the presidential leadership committee, Zindani was approved as the new prime minister, and Blake was appointed as the financial and economic advisor to Aliimi, the chairman of the presidential leadership committee.
Furthermore, earlier that day, the Presidential Leadership Committee also appointed two new members to the organization, replacing the chairman of the Southern Transitional Council, Zubeidi, and another member who was associated with the organization. The Presidential Leadership Committee consists of 8 members.
