A delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs visited Turkey.
The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade organized a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs to visit Istanbul and Ankara in Turkey from the 6th to the 8th. Taking the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Turkey as an opportunity, they actively implemented the consensus reached by the heads of state during their meeting in Tianjin, and deepened practical cooperation between the business communities of the two countries.
During the visit, the President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Ren Hongbin, led a delegation to have extensive exchanges with local business and political figures. They focused on introducing China's approach of promoting reform and development through openness, and shared the relevant information about China sharing opportunities and achieving common development with other countries. They emphasized that the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade is willing to work with the Turkish side to promote cooperation among business communities under the framework of the "Belt and Road Initiative", and achieve higher-level mutual benefit and win-win results. Turkey is warmly welcomed to participate in the fourth Chain Expo.
Business and political figures in China highly praised the resilience of China's economic development. They believe that there is great potential for cooperation between the two sides in the supply chain sector and look forward to further expanding trade and investment cooperation during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. They also expect to achieve mutual success in the process of mutual progress.
During this period, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade jointly organized the Third China-Turkey Economic and Trade Forum with the Turkish Committee for Foreign Economic Relations and the Turkish Businessmen Association. It also renewed the cooperation memorandum with these two institutions. More than 300 representatives from both Chinese and Turkish sectors engaged in exchanges and negotiations on key cooperation areas.
