As of the close of trading on that day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 34.29 points from the previous trading day, closing at 47,706.51 points, with a decline of 0.07%; the S&P 500 Index fell 14.51 points, closing at 6,781.48 points, with a decline of 0.21%; the Nasdaq Composite Index rose 1.16 points to close at 22,697.10 points, with an increase of 0.01%.
