Stainless steel shackle
Shackle application Shackles are widely used in power, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, railway, chemical, port, mine, construction and other industries. Shackle use and precautions 1. Shackles shall be smooth and flat without cracks, sharp edges, overburning and other defects. 2. It is forbidden to use shackles made of cast iron or cast steel. The buckle body can be forged with killed steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after bar forging. 3. Shackles shall not be drilled or welded for repair. After the buckle and pivot pin are permanently deformed, they shall not be repaired. 4. During use, the buckle and pin shall be checked to avoid serious wear, deformation and fatigue crack. 5. During use, the transverse spacing shall not be subject to tension, and the shaft pin must be inserted with safety pin. 6. After the shaft pin is correctly assembled, the internal width of the buckle shall not be significantly reduced, and the thread connection shall be good. 7. The use of shackles shall not exceed the specified safety load [2].
